Save learning materials and student work

Students, parents and teachers: download reading packs to a dependable phone, computer, USB drive, or memory card. Keep a second copy where practical. Save completed assignments, writing, reports and grades separately; cached lessons and browser storage can disappear when a device resets or clears data.

Download files before disconnecting, then test opening them in airplane mode. If you share a device, protect individual student records and avoid storing private reports in public places.

Available now · High School

The High School Offline Learning Hub provides browser-cached lesson pages for mathematics, English, science and social studies. It reports downloaded and failed files so an incomplete cache is not mistaken for a complete one. Browser caches are specific to a device; they are not automatically portable or permanent.

Next expansion · Every Academy Level

Preschool, Kindergarten, Elementary, Middle School and Higher Learning will use the same low-bandwidth principles, but standalone offline bundles and assessment recovery must be verified separately before they are advertised as available.

Reading access is not the same as offline assessment access. Online accounts, remote media, videos and some quizzes may require internet connectivity. Never assume student grades or scores sync automatically across devices.

When you have internet access

  1. Open your course's offline hub and download the smallest useful set of lessons first.
  2. Verify completed downloads; save portable readings to reliable storage.
  3. Disconnect temporarily and test a reading and any necessary activity.
  4. Complete work offline and export notes or reports to a backup file.
  5. On your next connection, verify backups and follow school instructions before importing or submitting work.
