Mastery target
The course target is 80%. Below-mastery work should lead to instruction, correction, and another opportunity to demonstrate understanding.
Family & Learning Support
Use unit family guides, mastery evidence, corrections, and learner reflection to support progress without replacing the learner's own mathematical reasoning.

Course grades and next-course readiness are related evidence streams but are recorded separately.
Keep corrected work, assessment exports, projects, explanations, capstone evidence, and the readiness record with the learner portfolio.
Student & family resource · Optional independent math practice
What this does: practice explaining an algebraic claim with evidence and classifying real numbers or intervals. Students can choose a topic, attempt a question, ask for a hint, examine a worked explanation, and export local practice results.
What this does not do: it is not an official gradebook, an administrative record, or a requirement for lesson completion. Opening it does not change mastery scores. Students should use it when they want extra practice; parents and teachers can help review the exported practice file.
Progress is saved locally in the current browser. Save the exported practice JSON to a dependable device if you want a backup. Different learners should use their own selected Academy profile.
