Course notes I am the parent, teacher, or authorized program evaluator issuing this local record. I reviewed the learner’s representative work, corrections, capstone evidence, and the browser-local mastery evidence summarized above.

Record trust: browser-local scores and exports are editable and are not digitally signed, identity-authenticated, or independently verified. Requiring a typed evaluator/issuer name identifies the local issuer but does not authenticate that identity. This page helps an authorized parent, teacher, or program administrator organize evidence; it does not claim state/district issuance, accreditation, universal acceptance, or replacement of jurisdiction-specific requirements.
