Mastery rule
Unit 01 is not complete merely because every page was opened or every activity was submitted. Verified completion requires all ten daily lessons, both required investigation records, the 15-question quiz at 12/15 or higher, the design task at 32/40 or higher, the 24-question objective assessment at 20/24 or higher, both constructed responses at 16/20 or higher each, and the final reflection.

Instructor or parent-educator mastery verification
Use the published design-task and constructed-response rubrics. Record the actual scores only after reviewing the student's original evidence. Do not infer a passing score from completion alone.
Performance benchmarks: Design ≥32/40; CR1 ≥16/20; CR2 ≥16/20. If any score is below its benchmark, the evidence should be revised/reassessed before Unit 01 is marked complete.
Record provenance
The exported record distinguishes objective browser-scored attempts from human-scored performance evidence. Mentor and ProTool-supported revisions should remain distinguishable from the student's original independent assessment work. This record contains no network secrets, private routing, credentials, or internal infrastructure mapping.
