A missing gate results in **Incomplete / Credit Not Issued**, even when the weighted average exceeds 80%.

## Correction
Students may correct and reassess work. The record should preserve attempts, feedback, corrections, and the verified final score.

## Honors distinction
Recommended honors distinction: 85% overall, at least 85% on the thesis and oral defense, and every graduation gate satisfied.
