Help Desk
If you walked up to a school office window, these are the things you would expect someone to help you find.
Formal learner identity and placement belong to the family/Academy record. Courses can collect readiness evidence. NAIB can analyze that evidence and make an advisory recommendation. Parent or guardian review determines the learner's selected pathway where a family decision is required.
Mastery is separate from placement. Once a pathway is selected, courses use their own mastery rules and remain the authoritative source for grades, progress, and unlocks.
