Portfolio Audit & Mastery Recovery Plan

Close the semester checkpoint by aligning exam evidence, corrections, laboratory work, models, and CER artifacts into one trustworthy progress record.

Assessment integrity boundary

This page is public review, correction, and portfolio support only. It contains no confidential midterm questions, protected answer keys, private grading criteria, authentication tokens, or signing material. Public practice scores remain formative and browser-local. Official supervised assessment evidence must use the Academy's approved assessment process.

Purpose and instruction

The midterm is one important evidence source, not the entire course. A balanced Biology portfolio should include quantitative work, laboratory or simulation evidence, models, CER writing, corrections, safety reasoning, and reflection on uncertainty.

Audit Weeks 1–18 for missing artifacts and identify concepts that still need retrieval practice. If mastery is below target in an essential area, create a bounded recovery plan with a specific resource, practice task, mentor conference, and reassessment checkpoint.

Student task

  1. Select five artifacts representing different evidence types.
  2. For each, write what it demonstrates and one limitation.
  3. Confirm corrections are attached to the concepts they repair.
  4. List no more than three priority recovery targets.
  5. For each target, name the review source, practice evidence, and reassessment condition.
  6. Write a short readiness statement for Week 19 genetics.

Mastery and correction check

Completion is not the same as mastery. The checkpoint is successful when the record clearly shows what is secure, what was corrected, and what still requires work—without altering or erasing earlier evidence.

Mentor conference

Archaemenes may help you identify weak concepts, classify an error, improve an explanation, or plan a correction. The mentor may not reveal protected exam content or certify an official score.
