One atmosphere Β· many ways to explore it

Solanar

Weather for today. Atmospheric science for a lifetime.

Solanar is the atmospheric-science ecosystem of Verve N Veda and Khaemenes Academy: live weather, child-friendly discovery, a continuous K–12 Weather Academy, professional meteorology certification, graduate-level directional study, environmental reporting, scientific analysis tools, and research mentorship.

The Solanar ecosystem

One sky. A complete learning continuum.

Solanar is organized so a preschool weather game, a fifth-grade forecast lab, a high-school atmospheric-science course, a professional forecasting shift, and a graduate research track all belong to the same scientific family.

Weather begins with curiosity

Early Weather Learning

These weather apps live across the Khaemenes Preschool, Kinder Garden and Elementary repositories. Solanar brings them together so young learners can follow the sky across campuses without losing the thread.

Weather 101 through 304

A 12-grade atmospheric-science ladder. Grade labels are recommended starting points; readiness and mastery determine advancement. Required gated work must reach 80% before later work unlocks.

101–105

Elementary Weather

Grades 1–5 recommended. Observation, instruments, water cycle, clouds, hazards, forecasting, radar, climate and increasingly scientific weather records.

201–203

Middle Weather

Grades 6–8 recommended. Atmospheric foundations, dynamic weather, severe hazards, global circulation, evidence, modeling, forecasting and Earth systems.

301–304

High School Weather

Grades 9–12 recommended. Thermodynamics, synoptic and mesoscale meteorology, radar, satellite, NWP, operations, climate dynamics and computational meteorology.
